Grimr, I need some advise on abs training. Can't really figure out which exercise is best?

God damn it's hot outside..
it's a pain in the ... to bodybuild right now. Sweating like a pig O_O

It's not normal squat mate, cause I'm not standing up. Doing about 240kg leg-press(?) 12 times, 3 sets. In bench I take 140, 8 times, need help with the 9th time. Ain't training so much deadlift atm. I'm doing alot of fitness, instead of bodybuilding atm, running alot - you know. Need to loose some weight :P , just turned 18 today, so I need to look hot :P

Yea, I still visit the IM pages on regular basis. What you are descriping is squat and also good to hear that training is going good for you =) My best lifts up to date are squat 175kg, bench 140kg and deadlift 225kg, so training has went ok for me as well =)
